ShoeBooties Cafe offers a regular night menu featuring distinctive appetizers; steak, seafood, chicken, and pasta dishes; a select variety of signature sandwiches and salads; an exceptional selection of beer, wines, and classic cocktails; along with a variety of delectable desserts. From Thursday, January 28, 2010 until Wednesday, February 3, 2010, ShoeBooties is offering the following nightly specials: Appetizer: Italian Sausage Piperade Melt - Grilled Italian sausage, peppers, and onions on grilled asiago cheese bread topped with fresh mozzarella cheese and pesto. Served with our homemade marinara sauce. Entrees: (All entrees served with a garden salad, Caesar salad, or cup of soup and freshly baked bread.) Chicken Portabella Bake - Tender strips of grilled chicken breast and grilled portabella mushrooms on a bed of wild rice pilaf topped with a sweet and sour bacon vinaigrette and asiago cheese, and baked. Scotch Mushroom New York Strip - A tender 12 ounce aged Black Angus strip steak grilled to your perfection and topped with sauteed mushrooms in a Scotch whiskey butter sauce. Served with a loaded bacon, cheddar cheese, and chive baked potato. Roasted Pistachio Crusted Tuna Steaks - Eight ounce sashimi tuna steak dipped in ShoeBooties homemade pistachio breading, sauteed, and topped with a white wine and whole grain mustard dill cream sauce. Served with Jasmine rice. Other regular specials: Wednesday Nights - ShoeBooties Trivia - Trivia categories include politics, music, geography, arts, entertainment, sports, history, and current events. $5.00 gift certificate to each winning team member (redeemable on next visit). Full dinner and drink menu served, early bird menu available from 5:00 until 6:00. Game starts at 7:00 pm. Come solo or bring a team of up to 10 of your friends. Thursday Nights - "All You Can Eat" Snow Crab Legs - Snow crab legs boiled in ShoeBooties special blend of spices and served piping hot with drawn butter. Friday Nights - "Star" Attraction - Baby Back Ribs - Tender roasted baby back ribs smothered in ShoeBooties homemade BBQ sauce. Finger-lickin' good! Saturday Nights - Garlic-Encrusted Prime Rib - Succulent prime rib, slow roasted and served au jus. George and Muffy Kerber are looking forward to your visit. Fresh Sage Chicken with Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli - Seasoned boneless breast of chicken sauteed with fresh shallots, sage, and scallions in a heavy cream and parmesan cheese sauce, tossed with roasted butternut squash ravioli and topped with parmesan cheese. Pan-Seared Fresh Raspberry Tilapia - Tilapia filet lightly floured and pan-seared with garlic and scallions in clarified butter, and topped with a raspberry wine sauce. Served with Jasmine rice. Apple, Raisin, Walnut Pork Scallopini - Thinly sliced, tender pork medallions, seasoned and breaded; sauteed; layered with ShoeBooties homemade apple, raisin, and walnut chutney; and topped with a pork pan sauce.
