Terms and Conditions

1. Businesses must be locally owned by someone living in Murphy, NC. They must have a physical location with a 28906 ZIP code address. No franchises or national/international chains will be accepted. This offer is only for locally-owned independent businesses in Murphy.

2. If you don't know another business owner who wants to join with you, contact any of the current members of MurphyGold.com and see if they will refer you. If they agree to do so, you can take advantage of the special offer of $120 for 2010, with renewals being locked at $240 for subsequent years.

3. Payment must be received by noon on Christmas Eve, Dec. 24, 2009. Cash or check only.

4. Annual fee for 2010 for new members will be $120.00. Renewal fee for 2011 and subsequent years will be $240, and will not rise.

5. Business Categories:

The intent of this special offer is to grow Murphy Gold before the end of the year. We want to expand the width of offers on the site and add businesses representing new categories. Therefore, businesses in the following categories are excluded from this special offer:
