On May 30, 2011, Images By Courtnie Photography moved to a new location right in the middle of downtown Murphy, above Parker's Drug Store. Their new address is 13 Peachtree Street, Murphy, NC 28906.

In early 2010, Dena Howard acquired ownership of Images By Courtnie Photography.

Dena is the lead photographer for all photo shoots, and Courtnie is available on a limited basis for weddings.
